Do I need an appointment to visit The Epic Rememdy

No, you do not need an appointment to visit our shop. We are a walk-in facility

Do I have to be a member to shop at The Epic Remedy?

No, you do not have to be a member. In order to shop with us, you must have a valid Colorado issued Medical Marijuana card and government issued photo Identification.

Where can I obtain a medical marijuana registration card?

A physician must recommend medical marijuana as a treatment. There are physicians located throughout the state providing these services. Contact The Epic Remedy for recommendations in our area. For more information please visit www.colorado.gov/cdphe/medicalmarijuana.

Can I shop with the temporary paperwork provided by my paperwork?

Yes, you are able to shop with your temporary paperwork. In order to do so, you will need to provide the following documentation which was issued by your doctor: Registration application, physician’s recommendation, certified mail receipt, and government issued photo ID. For more information please visit www.colorado.gov/cdphe/medicalmarijuana.

Does my temporary paperwork have any restrictions?

Temporary documents permit a patient to shop Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with the exception of holidays for up to 35 days after the date on your certified mail receipt.

Do I have to bring my medical marijuana card and government issued ID each time I shop?

Yes, we must verify your Medical Marijuana Card AND government issued ID each time you visit The Epic Remedy. Please keep in mind that both, your medical marijuana card and government issued ID, must not be altered in any way or this will void the card.

Can I laminate my medical marijuana card?

No, any alteration including lamination, will void the card.

Can The ER help with a lost, stolen, or replacement card?

Yes, we have the proper paperwork and a notary onsite to assist you if your card is lost, stolen or needs to be replaced. Please ask to speak with a manager and they will be able to assist you with this process.
